sentence.
It's hard to drive traffic to your item in eBay. Have you found using
newsgroups to advertise helps? I'm not entirely opposed, but you should
offer a better deal. People are going to make their purchase decision on
price, particularly when you have a worse reputation than your
competition.

And what about that dissatisfied radio customer? Your defense was that
you stated "as is" in you item description (and later offered service,
which, incidentally, would likely cost more than the winning bid). But
even "as is" is assumed to be working. Unless there's some untold
element of this story, It sounds like you should refund the poor guy his
money.
